Iv'e been bulimic since I was in year 9 (4 years). Recently, however I have been restricting my calories more and more, and in losing weight, have discovered the joys of not eating! I am now near my lowest weight YAY!! (Although I still have a looong way to go! I have always been self conscious of my weight, and have been on and off miracle diets I've researched on the internet, until finding that not eating works the best! I can tell my parents are getting suspisious, and are constantly telling me to eat, and saying how my eating habits are getting worse by the week (I'd say better!). Mum's threatened me, that if I keep losing weight at the rate I am, she's going to take me to see a doctor :(. I hate that doesn't let me lose weight, when clearly I need to!! Anyway, that's about all. :)
A typical day for me, food wise, is about 600-700 cals. I'm pretty lazy, and don't exercise all that much. Most of my day is spent thinking about calories, planning what I'm going to eat tomorrow, so I don't accidently eat too many cals, calculating and re-calculating the cals I've eaten in a day. I'll probably weigh myself about 10 times a day (until my mum took away my scales, and even though sometimes I feel like the scales are lying to me). So, when I'm not pondering calories, or poking at my mounds of FAT in the mirror, thinking about how much weight I have to lose, or looking at thinspiration, I'm either at Uni, on msn, or shopping.
